I have a curry’s know how plan to cover repairs or help towards the Cost of replacing the machine. We have been advised machine has been written off but cannot get the code to arrange replacement. Keep getting advised email sent , that code we have is correct but still unable order washing machine. Spent countless hours On calls trying to get issue resolved. Just don’t know where to go next with this? Do you have any advise . Thanks
