Need to sue electrician for monies paid. He did not complete contact. Electrics were unsafe. Unable to find his home address to make small claims. He is not registered. Months later got another electrician to complete works. How can I get my monies back? Help please!

You'll need to find his home address for starters. Try a tracing agent if you have no luck by other methods.0

How did you come to engage him in the first place?1

Why did you hire somebody that was not registered? Surely you must have done some checks on them before trusting your safety to them?
Until you find his address there is not much you can.
Did you get the new electrician to confirm in writing that it was unsafe when they started doing the work, if not get them to do it. As I doubt the originally electrician is just going to say yes I left it unsafe, when you eventually find them.
