Furlough pay

I’m a temp-perm employee who has been told by my agency that I’m entitled to furlough pay but won’t receive it as the agency has a cash flow problem. What can I do if they refuse to pay ?

Sorry, but there's nothing you can do - furloughing you is at the agency's discretion. As they have to pay the money up front it's highly likely that they don't have the cash flow.0

If they have indeed furloughed you and are claiming through the CJRS, then it may be the case that they are unable to pay you until they get the money from the Govt. themselves. Is that what they said?
If they are claiming through the CJRS and are saying that you will never recieve the money, then they are committing fraud.Everything posted above is my personal opinion. It may be right, it may be wrong, but it is mine.
