re-activate BG smart meters

Can any of you hazard a guess why BG are getting getting data from a gas meter but not the electric, I didn't think that would be possible? The IHD shows data for both, but the online account only has gas, and they are having to submit monthly electric readings for now. It's not been chased up because of the current situation, it's just a bit of a pain.0

so magically after about 28 days of being with British Gas my smart meters are more or less fully functional again. Only thing is my gas tariff shows £0 standing charge and £0 unit rate on the IHD so I can only see the reading and kWh, and i still have to go online to submit the gas reading, but that's better than nothing and at least don't have to faff with the meters outside to get accurate bills
The electric tariff on the IHD is my actual tariff and seems to be reporting everything correctly. Still waiting on a first bill though tbh...
