Has anybody been successful getting in contact with the above to obtain refunds for items that have nit been delivered? I have seen so many complaints but nobody is getting anywhere.

It's not just them right now, it's a large number of retailers because of the pandemic0

How long since delivery was expected? I can't remember the chargeback requirements (15 days since expected delivery, 30 days since order, whichever is soonest?) but you could raise a chargeback request on your card provider.0
