Incorrect entry on credit file

Options
Hi
In May 2017 I went bankrupt and was discharged a year later. I recently checked my credit file and noticed there were a few incorrect entries like open accounts and incorrect default dates. I’ve managed to get all those sorted with the exception of one. Hoist Portfolio LTD are still reporting an open account with an amount owed and each month reporting a default. I raised a dispute with the CRA sending them all relevant evidence but they came back to me saying that Hoist have refused to make the amendment, no explanations, and that they cannot amend my file without their consent. I have since emailed Hoist and sent a letter (December last year so before this pandemic outbreak) both of which were received but I have been ignored. The credit file entry from Hoist is inaccurate and false, and affecting my credit ability. What would be my next step now? How do I complain to to get this sorted?
