Shopping at village shop over the phone?? - Sheilding....

I have an elderly neighbour, Luckily she can ring the local shop who have very generously started a scheme where by you ring up and pay by card over the phone and they will deliver. (many have offered to help but as an independent lady she wishes to shop direct)
She is very distressed this morning as her delivery has arrived - great and good on the shop. however the till receipt has all her card details on them full number expiry and CVV. these deliveries are not made by shop staff but by a taxi company strangers in her eyes ( im sure they are trustworthy) and her card details are just sitting stapled to the delivery with her address all hand written.
Is this right? I would not be happy and have a word with the shop but she is worried that if she does they wont deliver to her any more.
She has spoken to her friends who also use the service and they all have this. Also she has only given her details once and they obviously have recorded them somewhere by hand, not a modern establishment.
There is little i can do as she does not accept help well even at the moment.
Your thoughts please.
Is this the norm??

The shop probably put the merchant copy in the bag, rather than the customer copy - likely a simple mistake.
the merchant copy will have the full details on it, the customer copy shouldn’t.Does it say merchant copy at the top of the receipt?PPI success. Banding success. Double Dip PCN cancelled! South facing solar (Midlands) and battery. Savings Session supporter (is it worth it now!?)1 -
Sounds like the shop owner is being too cheapskate to use paper and isnt printing off the customer copy that follows the merchant copy1

It sounds like its not intentional. so I'm sure if she explained her concerns politely they would be fine with it.1

Are you sure it also shows the CVV? I wasn't aware the merchant copy of the receipt should show that as they're not supposed to keep a record of this.
Either way, it does sound like a simple mistake so worth speaking to the shop to remind them not to do this and if she's really concerned then your neighbour should get a replacement card.1 -
Thanks for your comments.
It did have the CVV. I will make a gentle suggestion.
