Have just seen today on facebook that TUI are no longer able to offer holidays travelling on or before the 11 of June 2020, sorry do not know how to show things on my phone on this website but I am sure someone will add the link.
  • I received the no go email from TUI yesterday noon in respect of our package to Mallorca scheduled for 21st May.
Cue another large cohort of disgruntled clients being sweet talked into the rolling deliberately protracted refund deal.

  • Due to take holiday August 2020, TUI sent a reminder email the remaining balance still needs to be paid in the next 2 weeks.
I was paying the holiday off monthly but stopped payments. They say if they cancel the holiday I will receive a full refund, but we all know that’s a joke. I am concerned that I could lose the 75% I have already paid and the holiday is auto cancelled for not paying the full amount. Can TUI legally force me to pay the remainder of my balance knowing that until a vaccine is found who the hell what’s to jump on a plane?

  • Hi, I find it a little strange how TUI as a Ltd company can carry on trading with 37 Unsatisfied County Court Judgements against them, dating from 4th February 2015 to 7th January 2019. Is this a clear case that if you do not adhere to their stipulations  the general public have no hope of retrieving monies due to them via the small claims court systems?

Is it not worth paying the remaining 25% and HOPEFULLY get a holiday sometime rather than losing 75% and getting nothing? mind no body but you know how much you still have to pay £ wise

They will have to keep trying to ring, there is a number for store bookings on the website...with all due respect unless they are in the same room as you or they have previously given permission for you to deal on their behalf it is pointless you trying as they wont be able to tell you anything or action anything

    Hi
    Can anyone help?
I have received notification from TUI 21/04/20 that my holiday to Cyprus is cancelled. We should have flown out yesterday. How long does it take to get the credit note and 20% discount, has anyone received one yet?

Surely the email cancelling tells you. Mine did. Anyway, read the info on the TUI website.
