Hi i know this will be a regular question and I am not due to go until August but I want to try and understand my rights so in ready for if/when my travel is cancelled.
we have booked for Florida in august. we originally booked hotel and flights and some park tickets with travel republic. we ended up dropping the hotel part of the booking as soon after we booked they said they had to change our hotel option so we now only have flights and some park tickets. the flights are virgin flights. were not sure where that leves us when it comes to the holiday being cancelled as its flight only now with travel republic. going next year is not an option for us so a credit note of useless to us but would that be our only option as it's not a package holiday?
