Warehouse clothing administration - order not fulfilled

I ordered from the Warehouse clothing website on the 12th April, unsurprisingly given the company going into administration, I haven't received this order (it's showing as awaiting dispatch on the Hermes website). I have emailed the administrators at oasiswarehouse@deloitte.co.uk and received a reply advising me that all orders had now been cancelled and that I should contact my card provider (I paid with Mastercard).
I will go down this route, but I thought this information my help others, and it will also clarify the situation in that the press release that was widely shared on media outlets from Warehouse (and Oasis) stated that they would fulfil existing orders, sadly this is not the case.
