Nationwide FlexDirect Interest

I do a mixture- automated the out part where it's a standard amount and then manual transfer back so I can add on the interest which varies slightly every month0

I ballsed that up last month and did a transfer from Nwide rather than from an external account, d'oh! lesson learned for this month.soulsaver said:
Absolutely, but OP to note, remember the £1k has to come from an external account - not another Nationwide.Zanderman said:As fenwick548 says above surely, if you're keeping 2500 in there, you can just move 1000 of that out and in again.
In and out on the same day would suffice.0 -
In a way I'm looking forward to the interest dropping and one less money movement around.0

I tried to join FlexDirect last night at about 9-30pm and after filling the form I noticed that they told me that the interest would only be on £1500 which indicated it was the new account for 1st May. So I gave up ,but this morning I have read that it should have been open until 11-59pm.0
