Security for insurance on a rented property

Hello
I have posted this on the buying, renting, selling thread as well but thought as it is insurance related, I would put it on here too.
I am in a rented property, and have insured my contents.
However one of the endorsements is that the final exit door must be secured by a 5 lever mortice deadlock.
Currently the only lock on the door is a single yale lock and although I have added a secuirty chain and a bolt, obviously it is not the security requested for my insurance.
Should the landlady install a 5 lever mortice deadlock as without one my insurance will be null and void, but I can't afford to get one installed and shouldn't have to really as it isn't something I can take with me should I move.
Thanks

Not sure about the whys and wherefores of landlords / tenants but it is possible to get a replacement for the yale lock that is kitemarked to BS:3621 and acceptable to insurers.
The models are as follows
Yale - XBS1 or XBS2

Chubb 4L67
