Can anyone help me track down a mystery charge on my CC.

Hi timn48.timn48 said:@vacheron did you get to the bottom of this, I've just noticed several payments coming out of my account to the same payee (N TYNESIDE AIP) for £2.30 and wondering what they are before I contact NTC or my bank, thanks!
Coincidentally, I was just thinking of this yesterday. In the end, after the council denying that any of their payment systems would have a name of N TYNESIDE AIP, I called my Credit Card company in the middle of the shutdown so they said it could take a 10-12 weeks for a resoulution, but I was just thinking yesterday that time has long passed with no further corresspondence, so I'll probably need to chase them up.
Incidentally, do you live in or around the area or visited during the period of the charge?• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.2 -
I just saw this charge on my CC bill; this is the first time I've seen it and coincidentally the first time I've had to pay for school dinners for my eldest child. I think, therefore, as the amount matches that which I've paid for school meals in North Tyneside that AIP is the way it presents on a credit card bill

This is indeed what it is. I'm now convinced because just this week I topped it up for a second time as my son went back to school, and it has just popped up with the same name on my online recent transactions for the exact amount I paid!
Incidentally, for other readers, the system we login and pay for school meals through is called "Joinos", and the council (despite them now clearly being the ones who ultimately processed the payment), denied all knowledge of it being them when I called them directly to enquire.
