Debit Card Refund

Hi
I booked my daughters birthday trampoline party for Sat 21st March 2020, We paid £170 via debt card over the phone. We contact them via email the week before with lockdown looking almost certain and it was argeed the party would be cancelled and a refund would be issued. We still havent received a refund, We have tried to contact via email and phone but our emails are just getting ingored with no responce. Any ideas where to go from here?

You could initiate a chargeback.0

Probably the company is shut down and the staff are on furlough. So probably best just waiting a few weeks. Or as other person said you could try a chargeback.
