We are purchasing a new build property and PX our house to the developer- Bellway.
We were told last Wednesday that we would be in a position to exchange between Wednesday - Friday this week. The buyer of our property (the developer) has come back today with a page long list of enquires. I've answered all that I can and my solicitor has addressed the rest. Im not sure if this will set us back at all, does anyone have any experience with having lots of enquires with a PX so close to exchange?
Thank-you!
Thank-you!

If there are questions which you/your solicitor cannot answer, and that the buyer believes are important, then yes it could delay things. But often a simple "buyer should rely on his own investigations" or as a last resort an offer to pay for indemnity insurance, suffices.0
