Just wondered if anyone who booked hospitality was having issues getting a refund? They have refunded a small deposit paid via bacs but said the rest will be refunded to a card, I have been waiting 39 days now and they just keep telling me it’s been processed already. Submitted chargeback form to credit card but as you can imagine they are very busy . Just feel like jockey club are being difficult as it’s a significant sum and we asked for a refund not to be transferred to next year.
