My pomeranian has always itches this same spot and now it’s flakey dark patches. Wondering if anyone knew what it could be. Images aren’t very good

Best to check with your vet. Man are doing video consultations now to assess whether they need to see the dog.
Could be fleas, mites, reaction to a certain ingredient in food, skin reaction to shampoo or many other things.0
