Coverwise TI. No response to claim submitted a month ago. Anyone else had problems with coverwise?

I was in spain when the FCO advised all British citizens to return to the uk. I had a flight booked with easyjet from alicante on 31/3 I tried to change my flight via the app, but I couldn't see any available flights. I was unable to contact them by phone (they kept me on hold for several hours) and the chat facility was disabled. I had to book a rescue flight with jet2 my original flight with easyjet was cancelled the day before I was due to return to the UK. It was lucky I came back on the rescue flight on the 20th. I want to claim for my rescue flight through my travel insurance. We have an annual policy with coverwise. They are not taking calls and the only way to contact them is by filling in the claim form online. I did this on 21st march. I have not received an email confirmation or a response to my claim. Has anyone else had problems with coverwise?
