Close Brothers Savings with HL Active Savings

Hi Close Brothers have a fairly competitive savings rate with Hargreaves Lansdown Active Savings.
I was just wondering if Close Brothers savings have a good reputation for service etc I have searched for feedback but cant find any .
Any comments would be appreciated

Does it really matter? You'll be dealing with HL and not themFWIW I've not heard of any issues with Close Brothers2

Used Close Brothers a few times over the years without any problems.1

Based on my experience of HL Active Savings then it doesn't matter who the underlying savings provider is as HL provide all the servicing and you deal with them. Only thing to make sure you stay on top of is FSCS coverage across underlying deposit takers.ColdIron said:Does it really matter?
