Why does my credit file say accounts removed when they are still active?

Hi all,
I check my credit score regularly with clearscore, recently it dropped 46 points in one month and in the summary of recent changes it said my HSBC current account and HSBC credit card had been removed.  I am still using these 2 accounts and in no way had I changed them, shut them down or anything, the current account has been my main account for 20 years!! Is this an error on behalf of the credit agency or on behalf of HSBC and do I do anything or just leave it to sort itself out? Thanks

Check your free statutory file direct with Equifax.  Are the accounts correctly reported in your Equifax report.

I also recommend you check out your statutory Experian and TransUnion files too (just to confirm accuracy of data).

Ignore your score as well since it’s not a measure of anything credit wise
