I can't log into my amazon account. Amazon say will email me an authorisation code. Doesn't work. Tried everything. Only amazon phone number I can find is "dead". Can anyone give me an amazon email address or a phone number that works to contact them? Thank you

Suspect your account has been hacked and the email address changed.
I'd be on to my bank to make them stop any Amazon purchases and checking my bank statements.
Amazon have surprisingly shut down all their phone numbers including the fraud one.
If you ever recover the account set up 2 step authentication to your mobile phone to stop this sort of thing in the future . You cannot do major things to your account without the one use code they text youEx forum ambassador
