    The manufacturer online said - Dimensions W 400mm, D 350mm, H 700mm A wall bracket is required in some cases this will add an additional depth of 50mm.

    I have that room...I'm wondering if i need to move the bottom cabinet...do they need to do some kind of pipe work..lol I haven't a clue.

    Where's your gas supply in relation to the place you want to install the boiler? Also, I would speak to the installer first before making the decision as they will be best to advise of where all the pipework should be best routed.
