But you can deal with one extra click; click on a share name and you get a page for the specific company, which includes a "Deal Now" button.Prism said:AJ Bell does have a watchlist feature called model portfolio but its run by Morningstar and you can't order directly from it.0 -
Place a limit order if there's price that you wish to buy into a particular share at.0

That button does appear for shares but not for funds. Currently it doesn't seem to work anyway thoughEthicsGradient said:

ok - thanks, as I say, reason is investing just with a mobile phone, so would make sense not to switch between different pages, incase it auto logs out etc0

If investing in funds that price once a day, after you put in the buy request, then you're not doing it via following the price moment by moment and needing to get in from a choice of price movements you're monitoring. I assume it's not working currently because the market is closed.Prism said:

No it doesn't work for fund because the deal or buy button doesn't appear at all. It doesn't work for shares or trusts because the deal now button (which does appear) is broken and links to a non existent website. I guess not many use this functionality. I certainly haven't beforeEthicsGradient said:

I use the app on my mobile which seems to work well enough for buying and selling, although as the web site has to be initiated either from a search or from an existing holding but not a watchlistbargainhunter888 said:ok - thanks, as I say, reason is investing just with a mobile phone, so would make sense not to switch between different pages, incase it auto logs out etc1 -
