Overtime/key worker
Options
I have been doing overtime as I am a key worker and work for in the civil service. Due to the Coronavirus I have been supporting the organisation by doing extra hours.
Usually you can earn 10 percent of your wages extra but after that it’s 50/50 split with the creditors.
During the Pandemic I have heard that due to being a key worker this rule is now not applied?

Your in an IVA right ?If so unless your told otherwise by your IVA company you should assume the rules are the same as they've always been (as set out in your agreement). Changing the terms of an IVA would normally involve a meeting of creditors, which is unlikely at the moment (IMHO). You should remember that an IVA is an individual agreement, so your terms may vary to others0

I am on the critical workers list and have been told by Payplan that I must continue to make additional payments regarding overtime or I will be in breach of my IVA terms. Despite what the government says on their website. ☹️0
