HELP!! Expedia booking - Hotel refund
ljvbx
I made a booking through Expedia on x the hotel has now confirmed they will be closed for when we go on June 3rd. The hotel have told us they are happy to not charge us any fees to cancel our booking, however when trying to cancel through Expedias website they are only offering to give us £500 back from our £2500 booking. The Expedia chat is a robot and so we can’t explain to them that the hotel are allowing us to cancel with no fees, and when trying to get through on the phone, Expedia won’t answer any calls unless your hotel booking is within the next 72hours. We don’t want to leave it until then to get through to someone in case they say we have left it too last minute and charge us. Can anyone advise on the situation? Thanks in advance!
