Constant faults with a 3 month old Macbook - Currys / Apple will not replace

Hi, I have a new MacBook Pro 2019 128GB which I bought from Curry's, after 70 days (less than 3 months) the LCD screen started to show defect. I sent it back to Curry's for repair, they refused to repair it and tried to say that it was "accidental/physical damage" which confused me so i called up and complained and they advised that they would contact the engineer who had my Macbook and get back to me. Curry's ignored my complaint and did not call me back.

Instead, Curry's delivered back to me an un-repaired Macbook in a box that was un-secure which was throwing the Macbook around everywhere, this box was also used to send the Macbook to them. I then sent a formal e-mail of complaint with a video of how they sent the box back to me and asked them to provide a solution to my faulty laptop. Curry's again never e-mailed or called me back.
I then had no other option other than to call Apple and get them to re-repair, without any questions asked, they replaced the LCD screen as it was a manufacturing defect.

When I received the repaired Macbook back, it now has several other issues wrong with it. The Macbook is over heating to the point it is shutting itself down, the LCD screen at random intervals will flicker, dim itself randomly in to a green/shade of colour and I can't hear the fans what soever.

I then contacted Apple and ran all of the trouble shooting with them, it did not work. I then rang again and this time they ran a diagnostic test over the phone and everything came back as "normal", the advisor admitted that if I send the product off for repair, they will do the exact same diagnostic test and nothing will show up. He then advised they will send the Macbook back un-repaired and I will have to call them back up again? They said it is not their policy and protocol to offer replacement's unless the technician finds a fault worthy enough, so they will just attempt a repair after repair after repair. If their diagnostic tests are not showing the fault, where do I stand on this? I have now not been able to use the Macbook for 3 weeks now, and I bought it less than 3 months ago! It cost me £1200.

At this point, I am exhausted from all of the phone calls, online chat and researching the issue. I no longer have faith in the product, Apple repair or Curry's repair. I no longer want a repair, I want a refund or a replacement! I have a £1200 faulty product that I have owned for 3 months and I have been unable to use the Macbook for 3 weeks!!

I'm really not happy with the situation and it is causing nothing but stress!

Any advice here will be greatly appreciated. I am lost for words.

Refund or replaceable then you pursue the vendor under your Consumer Rights .
Replace or Refund or Repair is up to the vendor to choose.
Any warranty is subject to Apples terms and conditions its not a Consumer Right .
But Currys like many are on lockdown .
Situation confused as well by a non Currys repair .

As you sent it to Apple they are basically last man frees all.

Currys refused due to them believing accidental damage, it was at this point you needed to prove otherwise but as you just sent it to Apple instead you have complicated that and there is nothing really that you can do now.
