I think this is one of the most valid points i know i would be thinking what else is wrong what are they hiding, remember this is the biggest purchase for some people and you put yourself at a disadvantage if you leave things broken people would either walk away or give silly offers to protect themselvescsgohan4 said:Probably will and show how much you took care of the house. You will be in a weak position
To some they will also be wondering what else are you hiding0 -
FWIW, an EA told me that prospective buyers always want to gaze out windows at the view, so he said that even if you don't do anything else, fix any broken/blown glass, and try to make sure the windows are clean.0 -
Always put your house on the market in the best possible state. You'll just raise unnecessary questions and get low offers.0
