Hi all,
Quick one hopefully! I have a barclaycard platinum card, which had £0 balance as I had completely paid it off. Recently because of covid, a music festival i brought tickets to last year has been cancelled, and ticketmaster would only allow redund back to the card used for initial purchase (the barclaycard). Challenge is, i brought tickets for 3x other people, and i now have a -£730 balance on my card and need to pay my mates back. What would be the best way to get the funds out and into my current account, without attracting cash advance fees etc or my record showing cash advance, which I never do on a c/c?!
Thanks in advance!

Hi,a quick google found this.1

Thanks so much!0

Not sure why they stipulate that the refund has to have happened on or after 1st March 2020 - they always transfer positive balances from
refunds back regardless of the date or “situation”.0 -
Just call Barclaycard and ask them to refund your positive balance to your current account and pay them from that.
