How would you feel about buying with garden boundary title issues?

Hi All, I am in the process of buying a property (https://www.goodchilds-uk.com/properties/12821725/sales) which turns out to be a part exchange property. One of the issues that has been raised is that the land registry boundaries don't match the actual garden boundaries. This equates to probably around 1/3 of the rear…

@edgex, Thanks for that, that does indeed look like a more accurate representation of the situation on the ground. The property is number 55 and whereas your link shows the out-buiding within the boundary the title deeds and mapsearch snapshot show the outbuilding outside the property boundary.

Interestingly comparing the 2 number 59 appear to have an entire side extension on unregistered land.
