Creating a business account for personal use.

There is a business account I have seen available with a high interest rate. I thought that even though I don’t have a business, I could open one to store my savings in. Is this illegal ?

How are you going to open the account in the name of a business if you don't have one? I'd be very surprised if any business bank account paid a higher rate of interest than that available to consumers.
