Please help me with Moorcroft

Hi guys I have a problem with the Moorcroft, I make a complaint to the 118 Money which was upheld
On The 10th of March 2020 I received the email from 118, saying that moorcroft has 30 days to update my balance by the sum of £3112(I terest) , my balance with Moorcroft was £2309, so they have to pay me back £803,then problems started, moorcroft is saying they have no communication with 118, 118 said everything was sent to moorcroft, what I should do now?
