Is the difference between 100 and 80% as you said because i done my average for the last 12 months myself and the pay seems ok. My calculation was 1,011.2 for average of 12 months my actual pay 1168 - (PAYE Tax,National Insurance,CJRS) = 10647Phil said:What we are trying to ask is whether your CJRS deduction puts you below 80% or whether the CJRS deducation is just the difference between 100 and 80%.
Your employer must pass on the full amount of the grant and cannot keep any for themselves, including for admin fees.
I guess by your last line, you suggest you are getting deductions removed from the CJRS money you'd be entitled to? In that case that would be wrong.
I'd ask them to provide you their calculations.
My hours vary a lot cause i am paid by hour and so does my pay but you got a good example up there.sharpe106 said:
How much do you normally get a month? How much were you expecting?vtoea said:Example I was paid 1300 then minus tax/national insurance/ cjrs(24£) I got 1200
