Tenement buildings insurance?

I'm looking into buildings insurance for a home I'm buying, but slightly stumped when it comes down to getting the 'right' buildings insurance.
The flat is a small tenement, no factor, with all of the owners responsible for the maintenance / upkeep of their apportioned parts. In theory all of us buy our insurance, anything happens and the insurance companies cover the total costs.
Due to the current climate I don't want to be ringing round various places to check whether what they offer is right or not for what I need. I would rather they help people in need.
My initial thoughts were use a comparison site, but do they recognise the way flats work up here or are they only geared up for leasehold flats?
I'm probably overthinking it, I've more than likely overcomplicated it for myself, however I don't want to buy the wrong thing when I complete and later on find out I've mucked up.
I have had one quote from a broker, I've gone direct to Direct Line too (cheaper and more contents cover), as they were mentioned in old posts and I'm sure I can beat that quote too.
What's everyone do up for their insurance up here, for those without factors, as I would prefer a few quotes to compare / pick from.

Overthinking it. Just go through the comparison sites as normal. If you give them an address in Scotland, tell them it's a flat, and they sell you the policy, then they're happy with the concept.
