I was pressure washing my patio slabs and cleaning up in preparation for painting the fence surrounding my garden and my next door neighbour started moaning that the water was going into his garden and was also getting the bottom of his new fence all wet.
So I only need to paint my left hand neighbours fence and the bottom fence because no way am I going to paint his fence.
And he was the one asking last year when I was going to paint my side of his fence.
!!!! him let my side of the fence rot quicker than his side.

Nobody should be painting fences unless they own them, that is they paid for them.

new fence all wet.
If he has fitted a new fence it shouldn't need painted.0 -

He painted his side and there are horrible spots of paint that that have seeped through some knot holes.
Would you live with 2 sides of fence painted and the third not?
I suppose I'll have to

Not much you can except put own fence up next to it, but a bit of waste of money and space. Guess it depends how much you dislike his paintwork.

Whenever I hear or read someone using the words 'moaning' , I switch off. It's usually an ill-educated attempt to turn the blame onto someone who's making a request.2

Ok I'll rephrase that. I don't hold the person in high esteem at that point.0
