MBNA - How to contact??

I have been trying to contact MBNA for a week now at various times of the day, the only option is their telephone number, i go through the process putting card number in etc only to be told at the end they can't answer my call and i can use contact option in the app (can't find it) then the phone cuts off.
I've looked through all of their online FAQs etc and nothing answers my query.
I'm just wondering if i should keep trying, has anyone else actually got through?

Not quite sure what has happened here as post 2 bears no resemblance to what was asked in post 1.
To answer post 1 I would suggest logging in to MBNA ' website - see if the problem can be resolved via the website - only phone as a last resort.
