Does anyone have or is it worth getting insurance beyond 65/70?

I have Life with CIC (175k) until age 70 and PHI (£2.5k) until age 65, both level term. Apart from changing the figures, is it really worth me changing them to go beyond this age?
I have noticed the prices of both have gone up around 20% since I took them out years ago and now wondering if I should review given the current climate.

You can't get PHI beyond age 70 as that is the maximum expiry age for all companies.
CIC......I'd suggest that not many have it beyond age 70. Not only is there often no financial need for it but the cost at a time when most are in retirement and only have a pensionable income to support them makes it un-financially viable. Plus, the number of providers offering CIC beyond age 70 really starts to drop off, leaving you not much choice.
Life cover, plenty have it beyond age 70, but do you have a need to have it beyond this term?0 -
Thanks for this. I'll stay as is.0
