Site fees for this year ? Refund or roll over ?

Can you help us ??? Is there going to be any help for caravan owners who have paid fees for this year and cannot use the caravan whilst it’s on lockdown ? Will there be any help for the thousands of owners who will be out of pocket across Great Britain ??

No, in the same way that I don't anticipate any "help" for everybody who owns holiday homes which they can't visit (but still have to pay bills for). There are plenty of more deserving causes out there.

There is also the issue that the caravan is being stored on their site. This will incur some sort of charge. The fees are, in general, not just for use of the facilities but contain an element for storage fees.

So are you saying your parents were permanently living on a site which was not licensed for residential occupation
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

Residential sites have different rules to holiday ones. If it was a residential site there is no reason the OP parents would have been told to leave.
