I think you will be in the minority. After the extended "stay at home" period many people will be chomping at the bit for either their own place (if their personal relationship became strained) or a bigger place if they've now realised how beneficial more space at home could be.Mickygg said:quite like an extra or less bedroom may stick for quite a while yet. I know I would.

My estate agent has just reopened having been closed for a while and asking me about my situation regarding viewers - I don't want people walking around the house now for obvious reasons. The house has been on for about 8 months and TBH we havent had 1 serious buyer, we get the usual "drop the price" message from the EA . Despite similar houses selling with other EA's of similar quality price etc. My question is can we request a discount to withdraw from the market as it will probably now sell at an even greater discount . As they havent been able to fulfil their part of the contract. I have had refunds from planned holidays but these guys are not interested in even a small discount on the withdrawl fee. Any suggestions on this would be welcome .0

What part of the contract do you think they've not complied with?NJW5 said:My estate agent has just reopened having been closed for a while and asking me about my situation regarding viewers - I don't want people walking around the house now for obvious reasons. I cant read your contract from here. But 99/100 the price is the driving factor.
Very few buyers care which agent it is.0 -
There's a withdrawal fee?! What did the contract say about it? Is it an online agency?2024 wins: *must start comping again!*1
