Who ever mentioned debt Camelot it says not to worry if there is gambling on the statements and this help your case as they should of checked for such things like this. Going to resend it with there template.0

Don't now over-complicate the issue with yet another template complaint. You've already registered a complaint by using the Martin Lewis template. See what they come back with after you send the requested statements...Mulldog10 said: Going to resend it with there template.Do bear in mind that the pandemic will likely see them running with reduced staffing capability, so sending a duplicate complaint on a different template is very unwise and will not increase your chances of success.
Don't forget also that, even if they do reject your complaint, you still have the option of a referral to the Financial Ombudsman.2
