Andrew James comes with a guarantee, but they no longer exist! Help?

I purchased an Andrew James Slow Cooker late last year, and it's not heating up.
The company I have read has gone into administration - and guarantees are no longer valid.
It's been 8 months, it's a two-year warranty, how can I get my money back from them or claim on the warranty from another seller?

Did you buy directly from Andrew James themselves or was it from another seller?
If it was from AJ and they have gone into administration then the warranty is basically worthless and even if you contact the administrators, you will have little or no chance of getting a refund or replacement from them.
You don't have any rights against anyone apart from the company you purchased from so another seller won't be able to do anything.1 -
As per above, who did you buy it from? Or when you say "the company", do you mean Andrew James or the company you bought from? (Or are they one and the same?)0
