You are not entitled to a refund unless they cancel. Did you book by credit card? You will need to wait until nearer the due date. Have you checked their T&Cs?  >>>>>
Due to the ongoing dangers associated with the Coronavirus and the governments guidelines on limiting to essential travel and social distancing we have taken the decision to close for the time being until the 4th April.
All cancellations will be refunded (minus the booking fee where applicable). We do not expect to be open for Easter but the situation is changing by the day, we will update this when we know. We advise people not to book online for trips in April, instead you can book free of charge with no deposit by sending us an e-mail, that way if we have to cancel it's very easy.
We will not be charging anyone for trips that cant go ahead, we ask that people wait until we know more information before requesting a refund. Ideally we would like people to re-book for a later date instead of asking for a refund immediately, we will honour bookings indefinitely, there is no time-limit! If this is not possible, we will always refund you no matter what, so don't worry!

As they cancelled you are due a full refund in cash, not vouchers.
