IKEA Gift Account & Hemingways - unable to contact during coronavirus! help!

We had an IKEA gift account for our wedding which we have tried to close down and get the IKEA gift card. We have been completely unable to contact then about it. The direct phone number for the IKEA gift account is not working. When we contact IKEA, they say it is managed by Hemingways. When we contact Hemingways, they tell us that they don't hold IKEA customer data directly so can't help us. We are stuck in between an unable to access the substantial sum of money that our wedding guests have generously given. Anyone any ideas of who else to contact or a solution?
