Either stolen accounts or with stolen credit cards most likely. Don't bother with it. The account won't last very long.2

or you can be listening and suddenly its off (as too many people using the account at the same time)1

They aren't lifetime subscriptions. They are stolen subscriptions that can be cancelled at any time

Spotify already have lifetime subscriptions and they are free.
You just have to listen to a few adverts.3
