Hullo, could anyone tell me, please what it means when it says this about  credit card payments:

Balance: Not Reported

Limit:  Not Reported

Monthly Change:

The account is defaulted, however the current status is unknown.

It's likely that the credit card company didn't supply the reference agency with the data in time for the current report. I would imagine that the credit card company posted their data every xth of every month, and this month due to all that's going on in the world, and everyone requesting a payment holiday etc they're probably a bit behind sending over the data file - and it''ll get updated when they get around to it.

Thanks Cymruchris,  Apparently this is since April 2018, the last time the reports have been updated according to Clearscore.  Strange eh?

Is it with a debt company? If they have bought the debt, it is possible that it will only be updated once fully paid.
