More guttering problems!

Its a long and most boring story but I have had on-going issues with my guttering. A couple of months ago I had my guttering cleared as it was blocked and leaking etc. Then when it rained the water was obviously collecting more efficiently and there was obvious sagging, dripping and overflow. So I got my guttering completely replaced. I thought that this would solve the problem. However water continues to stream down the wall in exactly the same place and in another area. There is no leak in the joins and the downpipe isn't blocked. It is a normal sized roof and normal half pipe guttering - exactly like next door which has no problems. It is almost worst than before. Is this the guttering overflowing (from the back) and does this mean that the guttering may not be correctly fixed/aligned? Or could it be something else to do with the roof or something?
Would it be wise to call the man who fixed the guttering and hope that he agrees to come back? Or should I just ask someone I know and trust to come out despite more expense.
Any helpful suggestions on the cause of this problem and a solution would be gratefully received before my walls start streaming and I have an indoor pool!
