Shearings

Hi have posted before.  Shearings are only offering a credit voucher valid until July 31st to book another holiday in replacement of the cancelled one.  We have booked as an extended family for my mums 70th.  Two of us on the booking are not in a position to know before that date when we would be able to book another holiday.  One working for the Nhs and the other a carer.  Can I claim moneys back from Mastercard who i paid via?

    You can only ask but plenty of people are finding their credit cards aren't interested because you've been offered a voucher.

    Yes, the law is clear on this as much as the travel industry have lobbied the Government to change it.
    You are entitled to a cash refund within 14 days
    OK you're not going to get it with that time-frame but should be as soon as possible
    They don;t like it but your credit company is jointly liable so a Section 75  is allowed
