First time on here. I’m toying with the idea of starting a gift hamper service.
Three questions...
1. Can I sell other people’s/companies products in a hamper?
2. If so, who is responsible if the buyer suffers an allergic reaction from a product (soap for example)? Who is liable?

1. Can I sell other people’s/companies products in a hamper?
2. If so, who is responsible if the buyer suffers an allergic reaction from a product (soap for example)? Who is liable?
3. Can I split a branded product into several products? (For example, can a large bottle of moisturiser be put into smaller bottles?)
