Lloyd’s have closed their ppi office without refunding customers that they had promised to refund and if you follow their instructions you are told to go to the website and then phone the number which says go to the website. They have been closed for over a week I have found out and they have no info as to when it will reopen. Can I report the claim to the financial ombudsman or do we claim more interest back for them holding onto the claim. This money was vital at this time, we are not talking about a small amount of money. Lloyd’s are giving out no information

You can "complain" to the Ombudsman, but their offices are largely closed as well
Are you not aware of Covid19?3 -
Can I report the claim to the financial ombudsman
The FOS are on reduced manning as well and the FCA have given firms permission to reduce servicing in non-critical areas.
or do we claim more interest back for them holding onto the claim. You dont claim anything. When Lloyds do it they will automatically add interest up to that point.
This money was vital at this time, we are not talking about a small amount of money. So vital it took you over 15 years to complain about it. What if you had lost your complaint?
Lloyd’s are giving out no informationAnyone would think that there is a virus going around that is incapacitating the country.
