PPI refund

I signed up with a PPI claims line very close the cut off date thinking that there was little chance of success I did have an e-mail from them earlier this year to say claims were very slow and an acknowledgment from Barclays that they had received my claim and again saying they were taking longer than expected. Today a considerable credit has been deposited in my current account PPI refund and Interest by the Camden group. My question is this, is this the full refund or the refund after the PPI claims company have had their share?

My answer is that you employed the third party Claim company yourself, therefore you alone are responsible for paying them their fee.

Expect a bill shortly from the claim company reducing the amount you have been awarded by 25% (plus VAT).

    Expensive wasn't it?

The ppi company are only notified of your refund, the full refund is paid directly to you. No doubt the ppi co, will be in touch with you, demanding their "share". One thing they are really good at is collecting their "wages"
