Warehouse clothing - returning an order

I received an order from Warehouse on 3 April and wanted to return all of the clothes (value around £130). I paid with PayPal.
I was holding onto the parcel due to self-isolation. Then went on their website a couple of days ago to raise a return and, as they have gone into administration, it says:
I have tried to contact Warehouse (email, Twitter) but no response. I'd like some advice on what to do. Should I return the goods and then claim through PayPal when I (inevitably) get no refund? Or will the fact that it says on the website not to return the goods mean my claim wouldn't be valid? I assume I can't claim anything while I still have the goods?!

Unfortunately no returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted, whether under our discretionary returns policy, the statutory right to cancel under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or because goods are defective, not as described, or for any other reason

Why do you want to return the items?If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales1

No you can’t get a refund and keep the goods.If they’re defective return them and inform PayPal as such, if it’s change of mind you’d be better keeping them.1

Hi there, I posted items back to warehouse before they went into administration but have not received a refund. Is there anything I can do? Thanks in advance.1

Contact the administrators.
